Within the programs, funding is provided for:

a) Visits by outstanding foreign researchers (postdoc level and higher) to HRSMC-affiliated research groups (Fellowship Programme).

b) Visits by HRSMC-affiliated PhD students to outstanding foreign research groups to conduct research there (PhD Mobility Programme).

Applications can be submitted twice a year, before April 1 and before October 1 and should be sent to hrsmc-science@uva.nl.

After approval, the visit should commence within one year of the approval date. It is important to note that the visiting fellow must remain employed by their home institution during their stay in the Netherlands. Exceptions to the start date can be requested via email.
